INFORMATION
WE COLLECT:
When you sign up, we only collect
your email id, name, password, phone number, country, city. These are required
to provide you the best possible services and in the future, these will be used to
customize product, based on your location, your preferences, etc.
The password you choose is stored in
encrypted form and is used to verify your account from time to time when you
login on VJM App application from your devices.
Email ID along with the password is used
for verification of your identity to use VJM App services, Rest all details are
stored as-it-is, however, you can update them from time to time.
Email ID is also used to send you
updates, learning material, tutorials, news from VJM App team. We too hate
spam and we mail you only the significant emails which seem to be useful for
you.
UNIQUE DEVICE NUMBERS:
VJM App also uses a unique device
number. This number and information about your installation (for example, the
operating system type and application version number, device numbers/ID) maybe
sent to VJM App server when you install the app or when the app periodically
contacts our servers, such as during login from the device.
HOW DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION:
Other than “VJM App” website and the the app, where you provide the information, only unique device numbers/ID are
fetched from all the devices where you use the VJM App.
PERMISSIONS REQUIRED ON VJM App
ANDROID:
Camera: To take profile pictures of users
or any seller's bill.
Call/SMS: To send automatic messages or
reminder messages to your customers/suppliers
Gallery:
To access the phone gallery to use profile pictures in the app.
Storage: For storing backups and company
reports (in PDF, CSV, and HTML format) on your SD card.
Phone
Status and Identity:
Network communication: To interact with our servers when you log in with your
phone number.

Your all the information are stored
on VJM App servers and used by VJM App application only.
We encrypt your password, reset all
the information is kept as-it-is.
AUTO
SYNC Data:
VJM App supports online syncing to our server. Please note that this data is stored in our cloud-based server,
we ensure that the data is stored in an encrypted format and secured in our servers.
And it shall be our endeavor to keep the data safe.
Our Privacy Policy may change from
time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without
your explicit consent. We will post any privacy policy changes on this page
and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice through
email.
Refund
Policy:
VJM App is providing you all the
features once you subscribe it since you’re not getting any prior free
services it is our responsibility that you get all the features and services
very smoothly and don’t get any trouble while using it.
You can subscribe to it via the App
itself by sending us the subscription request.
Once you subscribe to our App we do not
refund, however, if you get any trouble you can contact our customer care, we
guarantee you the full support for a better user experience,
However, if you have paid over the amount
by mistake, or the double amount has been deducted from your bank if we get
that extra amount, so after confirmation we will definitely help you with this
case.
